体验式教学对老年专科护士关怀与共情能力的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨体验式教学方法在老年专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年安徽省某综合性三甲医院老年专科护士培训班的30名学员作为研究对象,将体验式教学方法应用于老年专科护士的培训过程中,采用护士关怀能力量表(CAI)、共情量表(IRI-C)及自制教学质量评价问卷对学员分别于培训前后进行问卷调查。结果:培训后学员关怀水平与共情能力以及对于教学模式带来的学习兴趣、表达沟通能力、团队协作、满意度显著高于培训前(均P<0.05)。结论:将体验式教学应用于老年专科护理培训,能有效提高护士关怀水平与共情能力,促进教学质量提高。 Objective:To explore the application effect of experiential teaching method in the training of geriatric specialist nurses.Methods:A total of 30 trainees from the training course of geriatric specialist nurses in a comprehensive tertiary hospital in Anhui Province in 2021 were selected as the research objects.The experiential teaching method was applied to the training process of geriatric specialist nurses.The Caring Ability Inventory(CAI),Interpersonal Reactivity Index for China(IRI-C)and self-made teaching quality evaluation scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey before and after the training.Results:After training,the students'caring level,empathy ability,learning interest,communication ability,teamwork and satisfaction were significantly higher than those before training(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of experiential teaching in geriatric nursing training can effectively improve the level of care and empathy of nurses,and promote the improvement of teaching quality.
