宫腔镜联合曼月乐治疗异常子宫出血的临床研究

Clinical study of hysteroscopy combined with meniscus in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding

目的:探讨对异常子宫出血患者予以宫腔镜联合曼月乐治疗的临床疗效。方法:纳入医院收治的70例异常子宫出血患者,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组患者予以宫腔镜下诊刮术,观察组患者予以宫腔镜下诊刮术联合曼月乐治疗。观察两组治疗前及治疗6个月后血红蛋白(Hb)水平、子宫内膜厚度、治疗前后性激素水平变化及并发症情况。结果:治疗前两组患者Hb、子宫内膜厚度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者Hb相对更高、子宫内膜厚度相对更低(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者E2、LH、FSH水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者E2、LH、FSH水平相对更低(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率相对更低(P<0.05)。结论:对异常子宫出血患者予以宫腔镜联合曼月乐治疗的临床疗效显著,不仅可以提升血红蛋白水平,还可以调节性激素水平,改善子宫内膜厚度,预防异常子宫出血复发,有效性、安全性较高,值得大力推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopy combined with mannitol on patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods:70 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to hospital were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases each.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic curettage,while the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic curettage combined with mannitol.Hemoglobin(Hb)level,endometrial thickness,changes of sex hormone level before and after treatment and complications were observed in both groups.Results:There was no difference in Hb and endometrial thickness between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,Hb was relatively higher and endometrial thickness was relatively lower in the observation group(P<0.05);There was no difference in E2,LH and FSH levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but the E2,LH and FSH levels in the observation group were relatively lower after treatment(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was relatively lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of hysteroscopy combined with mannitol in the treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding is significant.It can not only increase hemoglobin levels,but also regulate sexual hormone levels,improve endometrial thickness,and prevent recurrence of abnormal uterine bleeding.It is highly effective and safe,and is worth promoting vigorously.
