摘要
以智能化、数字化、信息化为主要特点的数字经济的快速发展既为新经济时代的劳动力市场带来了新的挑战,也为实现我国劳动者更高质量的就业提供了契机。基于2013—2020年长江经济带11个省市相关数据,实证检验了数字经济发展对就业质量的影响:数字经济发展对就业质量提升具有显著的促进作用。这一结论通过了稳健性检验,数字经济对长江经济带不同地区就业质量的影响具有异质性。
The rapid development of the digital economy,which is characterized by intelligence,digitization,and informatization,not only brings new challenges to the labor market in the new economic era,but also provides an opportunity to achieve higher-quality employment for Chinese workers.Based on the relevant data of 11 provinces(including the province-level municipality)in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2013 to 2020,we empirically examine the impact of digital economy development on employment quality.The study finds that digital economy development has a significant role in promoting employment quality.After the robustness test,this conclusion is still valid,and the impact of the digital economy on employment quality in different regions of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is heterogeneous.
