提升青少年科学素质 丰富育人内涵——以中国科协系统开展青少年科技教育为例

Improving the science literacy of teenagers and enriching the connotation of education:Taking science and technology education for teenagers organized by the China Association for Science and Technology as an example

青少年是国家和民族的希望,是具备科学家潜质的青少年群体,是建设科技强国、夯实人才的基础。习近平总书记在中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会上的报告中指出“全面提高人才自主培养质量”,本文论述了引领人才培养实施的内容、遴选人才的模式,培养人才的举措以及营造人才培养的社会环境。以中国科协系统开展青少年科技教育为例阐述“引领、遴选、培养、营造”在提升青少年科技教育发展实践中的效果和价值,促进青少年科学素质的提升,推动青少年科技教育事业的发展。

Teenagers are the hope of the country and the nation,they are a group of young people with the potential of scientists,and they are the foundation of building a powerful country in science and technology and consolidating talents.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to improve the quality of independent training of talents.This article discusses the content of directing the implementation of talent training,the mode of selecting talents,the measures of training talents,and creating a social environment for talent development.Taking the science and technology education for teenagers carried out by the China Association for Science and Technology as an example,this paper expounds on the effect and value of"leading,selecting,cultivating and creating"in improving science and technology education for teenagers,promoting teenagers'science literacy,and enhancing the cause of science and technology education for teenagers.
