摘要 故步自封的家庭教育观念和教育方法严重制约未成年人的健康成长,并引发一系列的社会问题.在全面依法治国和依法治教的背景下,«家庭教育促进法»于2021年颁布实施,依靠法治化方式化解家庭教育危机.这部法律以培养德智体美劳全面发展的人才为根本目的,同相关法律规范和政策相衔接,从立法层面明确父母第一责任人的主体地位,提升家庭教育的功能,推动家庭教育指导体系的建立,帮助形成“家庭首要负责、国家适当干预、社会通力协助”的多元格局,为未成年人的身心健康发展营造最佳环境,并在各地的探索与实践中取得良好的实施成效. Outdated concepts and methods of family education seriously restrict the healthy growth of children and cause a series of social problems.In the context of comprehensive law-based governance and education administra-tion,the Family Education Promotion ACT was promulgated and implemented in 2021,relying on the rule of law to resolve the crisis in family education.This act aims to cultivate talents with all-round development in morality,intel-ligence,physique,beauty,and labor,connects with relevant legal norms and policies,clarifies the main position of parents as the first responsible person from the legislative level,improves the function of family education,promotes the establishment of a family education guidance system,helps form a pluralistic pattern of"primary responsibility of the family,appropriate intervention of the state,and full assistance from society",creates the best environment for the healthy physical and mental development of minors,and achieves good implementation results in exploration and Practice in various places.
