六连杆机械压力机花键轴安装工艺改进

摘要 六连杆压力机横梁拉杆花键轴在横梁内侧,安装孔位置在横梁内壁两侧,位置比较靠内。压力机横梁没有花键轴安装工艺吊装孔,需要使用行车直接吊装花键轴再人工推入方式进行安装,操作空间有限,安装难度大,存在一定的安全隐患。本文针对花键轴安装难度高、风险大等问题进行分析,并提出一种新型辅助安装工装。 The spline shaft of the crossbeam pull rod of the six link press is located on the inner side of the crossbeam,and the installation holes are located on both sides of the inner wall of the crossbeam,which are relatively close to the inside.The crossbeam of the press does not have the lifting holes for the spline shaft installation process,which requires a crane to directly lift the spline shaft and then manually push it in for installation.The operating space is limited,and the installation difficulty is great,which poses certain safety hazards.The high installing difficulty and risk of spline shafts have been analyzed in the text.A new auxiliary installation fixture has been put forward.
