摘要
淬火是钢管热处理工艺中的重要环节,国内淬火设备经过数十年的发展,取得了很大的发展,不同规格、不同壁厚的钢管淬火工艺形式不同。但对于薄壁钢管的淬火,环形淬火装置更加适合。本文对钢管环形淬火环的形式进行了分类,并分析了不同形式淬火环的优缺点及适用条件,通过对比分析,可为钢管热处理提供选型参考。
Quenching is an important link in the heat treatment process of steel pipes.After decades of development,domestic quenching equipment has made great progress,and the quenching process forms of steel pipes with different specifications and wall thicknesses are different.But for the quenching of thin-walled steel pipes,the ring quenching device is more suitable.The forms of circular quenching rings for steel pipes have been categorized in the text.The advantages,disadvantages,and applicable conditions of different forms of quenching rings have been analyzed.Through comparative analysis,it can provide selection suggestions for steel pipe heat treatment companies.
