摘要
连杆是柴油发动机的关键部件,需要具有良好的组织和优良的综合力学性能。柴油机连杆毛坯属于热模锻件,锻造过程中,模具受到复杂的热应力和应变,常产生严重磨损、疲劳、裂纹和变形等,不能满足生产使用要求。本文从模具在锻造过程中产生磨损、裂纹和变形的原因进行分析,从模具材料及堆焊工艺、模具表面强化和模具润滑等方面采取措施,进行对比研究,大大提高了模具使用寿命,节约生产成本。
The connecting rod is a key component of a diesel engine,which requires good organization and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.The diesel engine connecting rod blank belongs to hot die forgings.Due to the complex thermal stress and strain during the forging process,the die often experiences severe wear,fatigue,cracks,and deformation,which cannot meet the production and usage requirements.The reasons for wear,cracks,and deformation of die during the forging process have been analyzed in the text.Some measures have been taken from the aspects of die materials,overlay welding process,die surface strengthening,and die lubrication.The comparative research has been conduct to greatly improve the service life of die,meet the usage requirements,and save production costs.
