摘要
本文设计实验测定了几种典型板材的折弯K因子,并将该实验原理应用于Creo展开计算中。应用该种方法,得到了精确的成形尺寸,对研究精密成形工艺提供了一定的参考。同时,与经验展开方法进行了对比,并展望了后续的应用方向。
The experiments have been designed to measure the bending K-factor of several typical plates,and this experimental principle has been applied to Creo expansion calculations.By applying this method,accurate forming dimensions have been obtained,providing a certain reference for developing precision forming processes.At the same time,a comparison has been made with the empirical expansion method,and future application directions have been prospected.
