安宁疗护知识测评量表的汉化和信度、效度检验

Chinesization of palliative care knowledge test and test of its reliability and validity

目的汉化安宁疗护知识测评量表(palliative care knowledge test,PCKT)并对中文版PCKT进行信度和效度检验。方法采用Brislin模式对PCKT进行翻译,并根据跨文化调试结果和预调查对量表进行修订,形成中文版PCKT量表。采用方便抽样法对武汉市某2所三级甲等综合医院的494名肿瘤科护士进行调查,以检验量表的信效度。结果该量表的Cronbachα系数为0.840,去除任1条目后Cronbachα系数为0.826~0.839,无异常增高;量表水平的内容效度指数为0.941,条目水平的内容效度指数均为0.800~1.000;探索性因子分析提取3个公因子,累积方差贡献率为50.90%。结论中文版PCKT具有较好的信度和效度,可用于评估国内安宁疗护实践水平。

Objective To covert the Palliative Care Knowledge Test(PCKT)to Chinese version and test its reliability and validity.Methods Brislin model was used to translate the PCKT,and the scale was revised based on the cross-cultural adjustment and pre-pilot to create a Chinese version PCKT scale.A total of 494 nurses who worked in Departments of Oncology in 2 tertiary hospitals in Wuhan were engaged in the study,to conduct the test of reliability and validity of the adapted Chinese version of PCKT.Results The Cronbach'sαcoefficient for the overall scale was 0.840.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.826-0.839 when any one item was removed from the scale,without an abnormal increase.The content validity index of the scale was 0.941,and the content validity index at the item level was 0.800-1.000.By exploratory factor analysis,3 common factors were extracted,with a cumulative variance contribution rate at 50.90%.Conclusions The Chinese version PCKT has high of reliability and validity.It can be used to evaluate the level of palliative care knowledge.
