30CrNi3MoV高强锻件厚度和层数对抗侵彻性能的影响规律研究

摘要 针对一种新研的30CrNi3MoV高强钢锻件,研究锻件靶板结构对抗侵彻性能的影响,采用LS-DYNY有限元计算软件,对侵彻弹侵彻不同厚度、不同层数的30CrNi3MoV锻件靶板过程进行了数值计算,得到了锻件靶板的侵彻深度,获得了厚度和层数对锻件靶板抗侵彻性能的影响规律。计算和试验结果表明,30CrNi3MoV高强钢锻件具有优异的抗侵彻性能;在锻件靶板不被贯穿的极限厚度以上,单层30CrNi3MoV靶板抗侵彻能力随厚度增加而提高,与靶板厚度基本呈正比例关系;在靶体总厚度一定的情况下,多层30CrNi3MoV靶板层数越多,靶体的抗侵彻能力越弱。 Aiming at a newly developed 30CrNi3MoV high strength steel forging,the influence of the forging target structure on the anti-penetration performance has been studied.The LS-DYNY finite element calculation software has been used to numerically calculate the penetration process of 30CrNi3MoV forging target with different thickness and different layers.The penetration depth of the forging target has been obtained,and the influence rule of thickness and layer number on the anti-penetration performance of the forging target has been obtained.The calculation and test results show that the 30CrNi3MoV high strength steel forging has excellent anti-penetration performance.Above the limit thickness of the forging target that is not penetrated,the anti-penetration ability of the single layer 30CrNi3MoV target plate increases with the increase of the thickness,which is basically proportional to the thickness of the target plate.For the anti-penetration of multi-layer 30CrNi3MoV target plate,when the total thickness of the target is constant,the more layers,the weaker the anti-penetration ability of the target.
