摘要
通过理论分析和试验验证,得出一种大规格薄壁球壳锻钢件超高灵敏度超声检测技术工艺方案。对于易生锈材质,检测面为凸球面和凹球面的大规格薄壁球壳锻钢件,不能采用水浸法检测;当采用非水耦合剂接触法进行检测时,需解决探头与异形表面耦合和灵敏度问题。检测时需采用专用的对比试块调节检测灵敏度和评定缺陷。
Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,a process scheme of ultra-high sensitivity ultrasonic testing technology for large-size thin-walled spherical shell steel forgings has been obtained.For rust-prone materials,large-size thin-walled spherical shell steel forgings with convex and concave spherical detection surfaces cannot be detected by water immersion method.When the non-aqueous coupling agent contact method is used for detection,the coupling and sensitivity problems between the probe and the special-shaped surface need to be solved.The special contrast test block should be used to adjust the detection sensitivity and evaluate the defects.
