摘要
以大量试样检测数据为基础,对板材伸长率不合格与非金属夹杂物之间的关系进行统计分析。结果表明:非金属夹杂物的种类、级别和分布与伸长率的降低有显著的相关性,冶炼生产中应将非金属夹杂物综合评级指数控制在5.0以下,对粗系硅酸盐夹杂应予以更多地控制,尽量避免夹杂物的集中分布,特别是粗系硅酸盐和粗系硫化物的集中分布。
Based on a large number of sample test data,the relationship between unqualified plate elongation and non-metallic inclusions is statistically analyzed.The results show that there is a significant correlation between the type,grade and distribution of non-metallic inclusions and the reduction of elongation.In smelting production,the comprehensive rating index of non-metallic inclusions should be controlled below 5.0,Coarse silicate inclusions should be more controlled to avoid the concentrated distribution of inclusions,especially the concentrated distribution of coarse silicate and coarse sulfide.
