摘要
河钢集团邯钢大型轧钢厂的钢轨生产线,同时配备了四面压力矫直机、锯钻机床和钢轨检测中心。其中,保障钢轨端部平直度的四面压力矫直机是从德国BENER公司引进,该设备配备8组扫描仪对钢轨端部水平及垂直弯曲度实时扫描,通过四面压力缸的矫直行程控制弯曲部位的矫直结果,极为精确。钢轨百米合格率是长期困扰我们的一项重要技术指标。在国内没有经验可以借鉴的情况下,经过反复研究,采用ANSYS软件对60 kg-U71Mn钢轨矫直过程进行智能分析,现场试验并取得了进展。在对轨端压力矫直过程建立模型和求解基础上,进而开发出60 kg/m-U71Mn端部矫直数据库,提高了轨端的矫直效率及轨端合格率。
The steel rail production line of Large Steel Rolling Plant of HBIS Group Hansteel Company is equipped with a four-sided pressure straightening machine,a saw-drilling machine and a rail inspection center.Among them,the four-sided pressure straightener to ensure the flatness of the rail end is imported from the German BENER company.The equipment is equipped with 8 groups of scanners to scan the horizontal and vertical bending of the rail end in real time.The straightening result of the bending part is controlled by the straightening stroke of the four-sided pressure cylinder,which is extremely accurate.The 100-meter pass rate of rail is an important technical index that has troubled us for a long time.Under the condition that there is no domestic experience to learn from,after repeated research,the intelligent analysis of the straightening process of 60 kg-U71Mn rail is carried out using ANSYS software,and the field test has made progress.On the basis of establishing the model and solving the pressure straightening process at the rail end,a 60 kg/m-U71Mn end straightening database is developed,which improves the straightening efficiency and the qualification rate of the rail end.
