不锈钢热板表面抛丸工艺优化

摘要 通过对比不锈钢热轧退火酸洗线抛丸机用的混合磨料与钢丸S110的化学成分、粒度大小、外观形貌,选择使用钢丸S110置换混合磨料,同时调整抛丸机内风速、优化了加砂工艺,确保了抛丸机料仓内粒度0.355~0.500 mm颗粒占比控制在70%~80%范围内,可使不锈钢热板表面粗糙度降低0.3μm以上。 In this paper,by comparing the chemical composition,particle size and appearance of the mixed abrasive and steel shot S110used in the shot blasting machine of stainless steel hot rolling annealing pickling line.the steel shot S110 is selected to replace the mixed abrasive,and the wind speed of the shot blasting machine is adjusted,and the sand adding process is optimized.The proportion of0.355~0.500 mm particles in the shot blasting machine bin is controlled in the range of 70%~80%,which can reduce the surface roughness of the stainless steel hot plate by 0.3 μm.
