一种重载列车轴承用钢的开发

摘要 主要介绍采用真空脱气—连铸—连轧工艺生产开发重载列车轴承用钢G20CrNi2Mo,通过在冶炼过程中严格控制钢材化学成分、提升钢材纯净度、严格控制钢材的组织,使生产出的产品具备化学成分稳定、有害元素含量低、非金属夹杂物控制好、钢材组织均匀性好的特点,能够满足重载列车轴承用钢的要求。 This paper mainly introduces the production and development of overloading train bearing steel G20CrNi2Mo by vacuum degassing,continuous casting and continuous rolling process.In the smelting process,by strictly controlling the chemical composition of the steel,the purity of the steel is improved,and at the same time,the structure of the steel is strictly controlled.The products have the characteristics of stable chemical composition,low content of harmful elements,good control of non-metallic inclusions and good uniformity of steel structure,which can meet the requirements of steel for overloading train bearings.
