摘要
简要介绍了锌的用途和湿法炼锌工艺,针对3号絮凝剂和骨胶的特点进行了不同物料的湿法炼锌浸出实验。实验结果表明:在低硅物料中仅使用3号絮凝剂就可满足正常生产。针对硅含量较高的物料时,应配合骨胶一起使用,可加强对硅的吸附,进一步提高锌冶炼的生产效率、降低企业生产成本,并对湿法炼锌浸出过程中的浸出液沉降效率起到积极作用,为实际生产中对絮凝剂的使用和管理提供参考。
This paper briefly introduces the use of zinc and zinc hydrometallurgy process,and carries out zinc hydrometallurgy leaching experiments with different materials according to the characteristics of No.3 flocculant and bone glue.The experimental results show that the normal production can be satisfied by using only No.3 flocculant in low silicon materials.For materials with high silicon content,it should be used together with bone glue,which can strengthen the adsorption of silicon,further improve the production efficiency of zinc smelting,reduce the production cost of enterprises,and play a positive role in the settlement efficiency of the leaching solution in the zinc hydrometallurgy leaching process,and provide a reference for the use and management of flocculants in actual production.
