Technological Innovation and Optimization of Bar and Wire Rolling Process

针对目前我国棒线轧钢质量控制水平低、精度低、生产效率低的问题,主要对轧钢棒线材生产新技术进行了探析,通过利用导卫系统、剪切工艺以及孔型系统对现有轧制技术进行了改进与创新,使棒线轧钢的质量和生产效率得到了相应的改善。

In view of the problems of low quality control level,low precision and low production efficiency of bar and wire rolling in China at present,the new production technology of bar and wire rolling is mainly analyzed,and the existing rolling technology is improved and innovated through the use of guide system,shear process and pass system,so that the quality and production efficiency of bar and wire rolling are improved accordingly.
