某炼铁厂三高炉鼓风机优化电动改造方案设计

摘要 通过对某炼铁厂三高炉及风机现状进行分析,提出了对该厂风机优化电动改造的规划,并确定了实施方案。改造方案实施后,利用新建的适合三高炉运行需求的电动高炉鼓风机,实现了高效节能供风,大大提高了环境保护和资源综合利用水平,建立了循环型钢铁企业,产生了一定的经济及社会效益。 Based on the analysis of the current situation of the third blast furnace and fan in a certain plant,the plan for the optimized electric transformation of the fan in the plant is put forward,and the implementation plan is determined.After the implementation of the transformation plan,the newly built electric blast furnace blower suitable for the operation requirements of the third blast furnace has been used to realize efficient and energy-saving air supply,greatly improve the level of environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of resources,and establish a circular iron and steel enterprise,which has produced certain economic and social benefits.
