摘要
为实现自动化炼钢,普阳炼钢厂引进了两套副枪系统,并结合现场实际对其进行了改造。通过对部分设备进行改造以及后续使用中对计算控制模型进行优化,使该副枪系统更具实用性与准确性,完美地匹配了现场使用,且使用优化改造后的副枪系统指导炼钢,实现了数据炼钢、科学炼钢,替代了经验炼钢,结束了炼钢的随意性和盲目性。应用结果表明,副枪系统优化后,冶炼周期缩短了14.3%,钢铁料消耗降低了9 kg/t,一次倒炉出钢率由60%提高到90%,转炉的产量提高了25.49%,转炉炉龄提高了44.4%,并起到了明显的降本增效的作用。
In order to realize automatic steelmaking,Puyang Steelmaking Plant has introduced two sets of sub-lance systems and has carried out transformation in combination with the actual situation on the site.Through the modification of some equipment and the optimization of the calculation control model in the subsequent use,the sublance system is more practical and accurate,perfectly matches the on-site use,and uses the optimized sublance system to guide steelmaking,realizing data steelmaking,scientific steelmaking,replacing experience steelmaking,and ending the randomness and blindness of steelmaking.The application results show that the smelting cycle is shortened by14.3%,the consumption of iron and steel is reduced by 9 kg/t,and the tapping rate of one furnace is increased from 60% to 90% by using the optimized sublance system.The output of the converter has increased by 25.49% and the converter life has increased by 44.4%.It has obviously played a role in reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
