Formulation and Application Exploration of Comprehensive Strategy for Improving Yield of Stainless Seel Plate

为提高中厚板成材率,基于不锈钢中厚板多规格、小批量的特点,根据自身生产实际,开发自动化组板功能对生产订单进行集约生产,同时配合轧制过程的平面形状控制等技术,对生产端生产过程进行控制优化,并重点强化同财务端及订货端的需求交互,最终完成了以财务指标为目标导向的成材率降本综合策略的制定。

In order to improve the yield of medium and heavy plates,based on the characteristics of multiple specifications and small batches of stainless steel medium and heavy plates,and based on our own production practices,this paper has developed an automated panel assembly function for intensive production of production orders,while cooperating with technologies such as planar shape control in the rolling process,to control and optimize the production process at the production end,and focus on strengthening demand interaction with the financial end and the ordering end.Finally,the formulation of a comprehensive strategy for reducing the cost of finished product ratio based on financial indicators was completed.
