摘要
自2015年以来,长钢炼铁厂一直徘徊在135 kg/t左右的较低煤比状态,虽多年来持续开展煤比攻关,但效果甚微。针对此,借鉴第十届炼铁对标、节能降本及新技术研讨会上的经验交流,着重分析制约煤比的相关因素,找出主要影响因素为焦炭质量,并决定下一步将采取改进焦炭质量、增加高炉富氧率、提升入炉品位等措施。
Since 2015,the ironmaking plant of Changgang has been hovering at a low coal ratio of about 135 kg/t.Although it has been carrying out the key problem of coal ratio for many years,the effect is very small.In view of this,based on the experience exchange at the10th Iron Making Benchmarking,Energy Saving and Cost Reduction and New Technology Seminar,this paper focuses on the analysis of the relevant factors restricting the coal ratio,finds out that the main influencing factor is the coke quality,and decides to take measures to improve the coke quality,increase the oxygen enrichment rate of the blast furnace,and raise the grade of the furnace in the next step.
