窄搭接焊机实现双焊接模式的设计与应用

摘要 主要介绍河钢邯钢冷轧厂2号热镀锌线泰勒双焊轮窄搭接焊机搭配激光焊接技术,通过采用新增激光焊接技术,实现了厚度范围在0.7~5.0 mm的有花产品的连续生产,且厚度在3.0 mm以上的带钢无需人工进行补焊,优化了工艺生产节奏,提高了产线作业率,保证了焊接质量,减少了断带事故。 This paper mainly introduces the Taylor double welding wheel mash seam welding machine of 2# hot-dip galvanizing line of HBIS Handan Steel cold rolling plant with laser welding technology,through the addition of laser welding technology,the continuous production of flower products with a thickness range of 0.7~5.0 mm is realized,and the strip above 3.0mm does not need manual repair welding,which optimizes the rhythm of process production,improves the operation rate of the production line,ensures the welding quality,and reduces the belt breaking accident.
