摘要
为实现氮氧化物超低排放的环保要求,长钢轧钢厂进行了H型钢加热炉烧嘴的改造实践,主要从型钢加热炉现有状况、NO_(x)超标的主要原因、改造原则以及燃烧器的改造措施等几个方面入手,分析型钢加热炉低氮燃烧烧嘴的改造效果。经改造实践后,NO_(x)的排放达到国家与山西省生态环境厅规定的排放标准,保证了NO_(x)排放量在80 mg/m~3以下。
In order to meet the environmental protection requirements of ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxides,Changgang Rolling Plant has carried out the transformation practice of the burner of the H-beam heating furnace,mainly from the existing situation of the section steel heating furnace,the main reasons for NO_(x) exceeding the standard,the transformation principle and the transformation measures of the burner,etc.,to analyze the transformation effect of the low-nitrogen combustion burner of the section steel heating furnace.After the transformation practice,the NO_(x) emission reaches the emission standard specified by the Nation and the Department of Ecological Environment of Shanxi Province,ensuring that the NO_(x) emission is below 80 mg/m~3.
