棒材螺纹钢切分工艺技术及设备优化改进

摘要 河钢张宣科技金属材料公司一棒作业区轧制两个切分规格(Φ16 mm和Φ18 mm)产量水平较低,制约着生产、质量、效益的提高,通过对切分螺纹钢成品孔型系统优化、导卫系统改进、对精整收集设备系统进行优化,改善了切分规格料型条件、改进轧机系统等,稳定了螺纹钢负差收得率,提高了成材率,提升了产品的市场竞争力。 Because the low production level of rolled two slitting specifications in one bar operation area (Φ16 mm and Φ18 mm) of HBIS Zhangxuan Technology metal material company restricts the improvement of production,quality and efficiency,through the optimization of the finished pass system,guide system and finishing collection equipment system of the slitting deformed steel,the conditions of the slitting specifications and the rolling mill system have been improved,the negative differential yield of the deformed steel has been stabilized,the yield has been increased,and the market competitiveness of the product has been improved.
