摘要
具体阐述高炉均压煤气回收过程的工作原理和回收实效,实践证明莱钢煤气回收技术是一项十分值得推广的技术。通过分析对比煤气回收率的不同计算方式,最终确认以大气压力为回收终点定义煤气回收率对生产更有实际意义。
In this paper,the working principle and recovery effectiveness of the blast furnace pressure-equalizing gas recovery process are expounded.Practice has proved that this is a very worthy technology.In this paper,the differences between different calculation methods of gas recovery rate are compared.Through analysis and comparison,it is confirmed that defining gas recovery rate with atmospheric pressure as the recovery end point is more practical for production.
