矿井贯通测量精度控制研究

摘要 针对煤矿倾斜巷道建设前的贯通测量精度不高影响巷道成型的问题,从大气折射角和测量方法两个角度分析测量误差影响机理,得出测量方法为测量误差主要来源,为了消除由于全站仪等测量仪器自身高度导致的测量误差,在传统三角高程测量方法基础上引入对比测点,提出了前后视三角高程测量方法,通过矿井实际测量验证,采用前后视三角高程测量法计算得到的高程实际误差为1 mm,而传统三角高程测量法测量实际误差为9 mm,测量精度得到极大提高,满足矿井贯通测量精度。 In view of the problem that the accuracy of the penetration measurement before the construction of the inclined roadway in the coal mine is not high,which affects the formation of the roadway,the influence mechanism of the measurement error is analyzed from the angle of the atmospheric refraction angle and the measurement method,and it is concluded that the measurement method is the main source of the measurement error.In order to eliminate the measurement error caused by the height of the measuring instruments such as the total station,a comparative measuring point is introduced on the basis of the traditional trigonometric leveling method.The front and rear view trigonometric leveling method is proposed.Through the verification of the actual mine survey,the actual elevation error calculated by the front and rear view trigonometric leveling method is 1 mm,while the actual elevation error measured by the traditional trigonometric leveling method is 9 mm.The survey accuracy has been greatly improved to meet the mine penetration survey accuracy.
