摘要
针对山西某矿31105综采工作面回采期间本煤层及邻近煤层瓦斯涌出量大问题,提出采用立体瓦斯抽采技术对瓦斯进行治理,本煤层钻孔及采空区埋管可有效降低采面回采过程中落煤及采空区瓦斯涌出量,底板钻孔及顶板钻孔可降低下覆13号及上覆9号煤层游离瓦斯向回采空间涌出。依据现场情况,提出瓦斯治理技术并工程应用。应用后,回风隅角及回风巷等各处瓦斯浓度均在允许范围内,采面采用的瓦斯治理技术措施取得较好效果。
In view of the large amount of gas emission from this coal seam and adjacent coal seams during the stoping of the 31105 fully mechanized mining face of a coal mine in Shanxi Province,it is proposed to use the three-dimensional gas drainage technology to control the gas.The drilling of this coal seam and the buried pipe in the goaf can effectively reduce the amount of gas emission from the coal falling and the goaf during the stoping process of the mining face,and the drilling of the floor and roof can reduce the free gas emission from the overlying 13 # and 9 # coal seams into the mining space.According to the site conditions,the gas control technology is proposed and applied in the project.After application,the gas concentration at the return air corner and the return air roadway is within the allowable range,and the gas control technical measures adopted at the mining face have achieved good results.
