综采工作面陷落柱回采工艺及围岩控制 被引量:1

摘要 针对皇后煤矿15107工作面过X5陷落柱期间工作面回采速度慢、围岩破碎严重等技术难题,通过研究决定采取爆破与机械联合回采工艺,并对陷落柱区围岩采取“注浆+超前管棚”联合支护技术。应用效果表明,松动爆破使陷落柱区围岩超前预裂,采煤机破岩强度降低;联合控制技术加固了陷落柱区围岩稳定性。 In view of the technical problems such as the slow mining speed of the working face and the serious breakage of the surrounding rock during the period when the 15107 working face of Queens Coal Mine passed through the X5 collapse column,it was decided to adopt the combined mining technology of blasting and machinery through technical research,and to adopt the combined support technology of "grouting+advance pipe shed" for the surrounding rock in the collapse column area.The application effect shows that after loosening blasting,the surrounding rock in the collapsed column area is pre-split in advance,reducing the rock breaking strength of the shearer.After adopting the joint control technology,the stability of surrounding rock in the collapse column area has been strengthened.
