摘要
基于韩家洼煤矿22402回风顺槽掘进期间受集中应力影响,巷道顶板出现破碎、下沉、两帮收敛等现象,分析了巷道围岩破碎机理,并根据掘进现状,提出了“注浆与钢棚协同支护技术”。通过实际应用效果来看,采取协同支护技术后,降低了破碎区围岩支护劳动作业强度及支护成本费用,避免了注浆、锚杆(索)独立支护时,钻孔施工对围岩产生的扰动影响,实测巷道在后期掘进中,顶板下沉量控制在0.14 m以下,两帮收敛量控制在0.27 m以下,取得了显著应用成效。
Based on the phenomenon that the roof of the roadway is broken,subsided,and the two sides converge due to the influence of concentrated stress during the driving of 22402 return air channel in Hanjiawa Coal Mine,the mechanism of the surrounding rock fragmentation of the roadway is analyzed,and according to the current driving situation,the "grouting and steel shed collaborative support technology" is proposed.From the perspective of practical application effect,the adoption of cooperative support technology has reduced the labor intensity and support cost of surrounding rock support in the broken area,and avoided the disturbance effect of drilling construction on surrounding rock when grouting and bolt(cable) independent support are used.In the later excavation of the measured roadway,the roof subsidence is controlled below 0.14 m,and the convergence of the two sides is controlled below 0.27 m,and remarkable application results have been achieved.
