摘要
针对某连续酸洗线出现批量酸液残留缺陷,通过研究分析酸液残留缺陷的生成机理,找出酸液残留缺陷产生的原因,包括酸洗段出口残酸较多导致漂洗水含酸量较高以及漂洗水控制和吹扫等问题。通过调整挤干辊压力、优化漂洗补水及排水功能、监控漂洗水电导率等措施,较好地解决了酸洗酸液残留问题。
In view of the batch residual defects of acid solution in a continuous pickling line,through studying and analyzing the generation mechanism of residual defects of acid solution,it is found that the causes of residual defects of acid solution mainly include:the high acid content of rinsing water caused by the large amount of residual acid at the outlet of pickling section,as well as the problems of rinsing water control and purging.By adjusting the pressure of the drying roll,optimizing the functions of rinsing make-up and drainage,and monitoring the conductivity of rinsing water,the problem of acid residue in pickling has been better solved.
