摘要
基于2.0 mm以下薄规格热轧卷板的生产现状,探讨影响薄规格产品稳定生产的主要原因,并对薄规格轧制技术进行研究,最终成功开发出批量生产薄规格热轧卷板的技术措施以及稳定轧制的操作方法,实现了高比例的薄规格带钢稳定性提升。
Based on the current production situation of thin gauge hot rolled coils below 2.0 mm,the main reasons affecting the stable production of thin gauge products were discussed,and the rolling technology of thin gauge was studied.Finally,the technical measures for mass production of thin gauge hot rolled coils and the operating methods for stable rolling were successfully developed,achieving a high proportion of stability improvement of thin gauge strip steel.
