This paper introduces the situation of MTS magnetic ruler jump fault since the MCCR production line was put into operation,analyzes and discusses the reason of the magnetic ruler jump fault in principle,explores the corresponding maintenance methods based on the actual situation,and takes a series of effective and feasible maintenance measures for the magnetic ruler,finally reduces the magnetic ruler jump fault of the MCCR production line,and ensures the safe and stable operation of the production line.
