高炉炉缸侵蚀机理分析及维护

摘要 分析总结高炉炉缸的侵蚀机理,提出采用合理的冷却制度、加Ti护炉、降低铁水环流、提升炉前出铁水平、减少碱锌铅负荷及时排碱等护炉措施,并结合首秦2号高炉的现状,对高炉炉缸的维护提出针对性建议,以期提高高炉寿命。 The erosion mechanism of blast furnace hearth is analyzed and summarized,and the furnace protection measures such as adopting reasonable cooling system,adding Ti to protect the hearth,reducing the circulation of molten iron,improving the level of iron tapping in front of the furnace,reducing the load of alkali zinc and lead,and timely discharging alkali are put forward.Combined with the current situation of Shouqin No.2 blast furnace,targeted suggestions are put forward for the maintenance of blast furnace hearth in order to improve the life of blast furnace.
