保障性住房空间布局中的问题及优化策略——以深圳市为例

Optimization Strategies and Problems in the Spatial Layout of Affordable Housing: A Case Study of Shenzhen

该文首先通过基础数据初步分析了深圳市保障性住房的空间布局特征,其次从社会空间视角下分析保障性住房空间布局存在的潜在问题,例如居住隔离与社会排斥、中心—边缘的隔阂与对立;最后结合深圳特色提出主体权利的重构、流通空间的搭建、梯度混合的居住、差异化需求选址的布局优化策略,旨在为深圳市保障性住房的规划布局提供借鉴,以促进保障性住房的可持续发展。

In this paper,the characteristics of the spatial layout of affordable housing in Shenzhen are analyzed based on basic data.Then,the potential problems existing in the spatial layout of affordable housing are analyzed from the perspective of social space,such as residential isolation,social exclusion,center-periphery estrangement and opposition.Finally,combining with the characteristics of Shenzhen,we put forward the reconstruction of the main rights,the construction of circulation space,the gradient mixed residence,and the layout optimization strategy of differentiated needs,aiming to provide reference for the planning and layout of affordable housing in Shenzhen,and to promote the sustainable development of affordable housing.
