文化基础设施的基层修补:巴塞罗那公共社区图书馆体系及其规划策略

Primary Renovation of Cultural Infrastructure:Planning Strategies and Public Community Library System in Barcelona

该文评述了巴塞罗那市的公共图书馆体系建设、运营政策及建筑单体营建标准,宏观层面梳理了现状及规划中的区级和社区级图书馆的分布、使用面积和设计师等信息,微观层面总结出“共享”与“独立”两种图书馆类型,并通过“新建”与“改造”两种方式予以实施。其中“新建”包括新片区规划、旧街区修补及风景建筑建设;“改造”则分为“改建”与“扩建”两种情况,利用对象可为“废弃建筑”或“历史建筑”,每种类型均通过真实的建筑案例进行说明。宏观的规划调控配合微观的高品质建筑设计有效保障了巴塞罗那市文化基础设施建设的稳步推进,并通过新功能与新服务的植入,有效激活社区活力。结合当前出台的新型公共文化空间建设契机,为我国公共社区图书馆体系建设提出一些建议和参考。

In this article we reviewed Barcelona city public library system construction,operational policy and single building construction standards,in macro-level we combed the current situation and planning of the distribution of the district and community level library,use the information such as area and designers.In micro-level,we summed up two types of library:"sharing"and"independent".Through the two ways:"new"and"transform"implements.Among them,"new construction"includes new area planning,old block repair and landscape architecture construction."Transformation"can be divided into"reconstruction"and"extension".The objects can be"abandoned buildings"or"historical buildings".Each type is illustrated by real architectural cases.Macro planning and regulation combined with micro highquality architectural design effectively guaranteed the steady progress of cultural infrastructure construction in Barcelona,and effectively activated the vitality of the community through the implantation of new functions and services.Finally we put forward some suggestions and references for the construction of public community library system in China based on the new public cultural space construction opportunity.
