探究智慧城市视角下旧城区开放空间有机更新的设计对策——以江西省核工业260厂区为例

Explore the Organic Renewal Countermeasures of Open Space in Old Urban Areas from the Perspective of Smart City: Taking the 260 Plant of Jiangxi Nuclear Industry as an Example

将智慧城市理念运用到旧工业厂区开放空间的有机更新中,提出智慧厂区开放空间的更新设计策略。以南昌市核工业260厂区为研究对象,针对厂区中文化传播欠缺、空间活力低下、行为活动单一等问题,以人群的行为需求作为先导原则,结合智慧技术进行空间重构,在顺应当地历史文脉、人居习惯的前提下,对厂区内的开放空间进行微更新,通过建设“智慧交通”、营造“智慧生活”、塑造“智慧文化”等,激活厂区整体活力,打造“智慧”人居环境。

The concept of smart city is applied to the organic renewal of the open space of old industrial plant,and the renewal design strategy of the open space of the smart factory is proposed.Taking the 260 factory of Nanchang Nuclear Industry as the research object,in view of the lack of Chinese communication,low spatial vitality,single behavior and activity of the factory area,taking the behavioral needs of the crowd as the leading principle,combining the intelligent technology for spatial reconstruction,under the premise of conforming to the local historical context and the living habits of the crowd,the open space in the factory area is micro-updated,and the overall vitality of the factory area is activated by building"smart transportation",creating"smart life",shaping"smart culture",etc.,to activate the overall vitality of the factory area and to create a"smart"living environment.
