城市更新是我国目前推动以人为核心的新型城镇化建设重要一环,该文基于政策和市场导向,对当前我国城市更新的发展趋势、市场容量、经济效益等方面进行了解析,并重点从作为城市更新全产业链的重要技术环节——设计企业的视角,对其参与城市更新全过程,尤其是基于以数字孪生为代表的数字化、智能化技术的工作技术流程和设计行业相关产业链进行梳理,提出城市神经元模式,以期能以点带面,探讨形成推动数字化赋能的城市更新有序实施的新方法。

Urban renewal is an important part of China's current promotion of a new type of urbanization centered around people.Based on the current policy and market orientation of urban renewal,starting from its important categories and content,we analyze its development trend,market capacity,and economic benefits.Starting from the characteristics of the design enterprise itself,we sort out the entire industrial chain of the enterprise in the process of urban renewal,especially on the basis of digital twins,and propose a model of urban neurons,which promotes the orderly implementation of urban renewal step by step from point to area.
