摘要
针对丘陵山区马铃薯收获过程中大型机械不适用、小型拖拉机功率不足的问题,设计了振铲式马铃薯收获机,目的是减小挖掘阻力,提高薯土分离效率。为了研究振动参数对挖掘阻力以及土壤破碎量的影响,基于离散元法(DEM),利用Hertz Mindlin无滑动接触模型和粘结接触模型建立了土壤模型,对振动挖掘过程进行了模拟,并通过模拟试验得到了挖掘过程中挖掘铲受到的阻力。
In view of the problems of unsuitable large machinery and insufficient power of small tractors in potato harvesting in hilly and mountainous areas,a vibrating shovel potato harvester was designed to reduce the digging resistance and improve the separation efficiency of potato and soil.In order to study the influence of vibration parameters on excavation resistance and soil fragmentation,a soil model was established based on discrete element method(DEM)and Hertz Mindlin non-sliding contact model and bonding contact model.The vibration excavation process was simulated,and the resistance of the excavation shovel was obtained through simulation tests.
