摘要
为了提高小型豌豆收获机的作业质量,利用CFD-DEM耦合的方法对气流式清选装置分离过程进行数值模拟,探究清选装置内部流场在不同风扇转速和不同入料口风速下的变化。研究结果显示:当入料口风速为5 m/s时,排粮口附近气流速度随着风扇转速的增加而骤增,且排粮口气流速度远远大于分离室中下部气流速度,阻碍籽粒的排出;当风扇转速为1600 r/min,随着入料口风速的增加,排粮口气流速度呈先减小后增大的变化趋势,气流速度的矢量方向逐渐发生变化,分离室中下部形成涡流。
In order to improve the operation quality of the pea harvester,the separation process of the gas-flow cleaning device was numerically simulated by using the method of CFD-DEM coupling,and the changes of the internal flow field of the cleaning device under different fan speeds and different inlet wind speeds were investigated.The simulation results showed that when the air velocity at the inlet was 5 m/s,the air velocity near the outlet increased sharply with the increase of the fan speed,and the air velocity at the outlet was much higher than that at the lower part of the separation chamber,which hindered the grain discharge.When the fan speed was 1600 r/min,with the increase of the wind speed at the inlet,the air velocity at the outlet decreased first and then increased,and the vector direction of the air velocity changed gradually,and vortex was formed in the lower part of the separation chamber.
