摘要
为了研究大气压力对增压中冷柴油机性能的影响,使用GT-Power软件建立某8缸增压中冷柴油机的工作过程仿真模型。改变模型边界条件中的压力,模拟柴油机在不同高原上工作时的外界环境,分析了大气压力的变化对柴油机各项性能参数的影响。计算结果表明,随着大气压力的降低,该柴油机的功率、扭矩和缸内最大压力降低;燃油消耗率升高,热效率降低;在低转速区大气压力的变化对于柴油机的影响要大于高转速区;涡轮增压器的压比和转速升高,压气机进气流量减少。
In order to study the influence of atmospheric pressure on the performance of turbocharged intercooled diesel engine,the working process simulation model of an 8-cylinder turbocharged intercooled diesel engine is established by using GT-Power software.By changing the pressure in the boundary conditions of the model,the external environment of the diesel engine working on different plateaus is simulated,and the influence of the change of atmospheric pressure on the performance parameters of the diesel engine is analyzed.The calculation results show that the power,torque and maximum cylinder pressure of the diesel engine decrease with the decrease of atmospheric pressure;The fuel consumption rate increases and the thermal efficiency decreases;In the low speed region,the influence of atmospheric pressure on diesel engine is greater than that in the high speed region;The pressure ratio and speed of the turbocharger increase,and the intake flow of the compressor decreases.
