低压开关柜一次接插件温度实时智能监测系统研制

摘要 为降低化工生产过程中因低压开关柜一次接插件无法及时监测温度而导致的爆炸风险,针对低压开关柜一次接插件设计研制了实时智能监测系统。结果表明:智能监测系统可为低压开关柜设备安全监测、检修及维护提供重要依据和参数,提高低压开关柜运行的安全性。 In order to reduce the risk of explosion caused by the failure of low-voltage switchgear primary connector to monitor temperature in time in chemical production process,a real-time intelligent monitoring system for the primary connector of low-voltage switchgear is designed and developed.The results show that the intelligent monitoring system provides important basis and parameters for safety monitoring,overhaul and maintenance of low-voltage switchgear equipment,and improves the safety of low-voltage switchgear operation.
