MDI聚氨酯后悬架缓冲块设计研究

摘要 以车辆后悬架缓冲块为研究对象,从后悬架缓冲块材料以及形状2个方面入手设计一款MDI聚氨酯后悬架缓冲块。运用CATIA建立模型,通过对MDI后悬架缓冲块装车试验和调查问卷,结果表明设计的后悬架缓冲块在实际使用中是可行的。 Taking the vehicle rear suspension jounce bumper as the research object,a MDI polyurethane rear suspension jounce bumper was designed from the material and shape of the rear suspension jounce bumper.Using CATIA to establish the model,through the MDI rear suspension jounce bumper loading test and questionnaire,the results show that the designed rear suspension jounce bumper is feasible in practice.
