摘要
对凌钢5号高炉停炉降料线技术进步进行了总结。通过制定详细的停炉方案,在停炉前调整煤气流分布、完成炉墙清洗,适当降低炉渣碱度、提高炉缸活性,并对停炉料进行精准计算;停炉过程中的前4小时采取全风、全氧、喷煤、带料降料线技术,分阶段控制炉顶温度,精确控制切煤气时间,切煤气后利用冷却壁温度变化判断料面位置等措施,历时18个小时顺利将料面降到了风口区域,停炉过程未发生一次爆震,全程回收煤气近300万m^(3),实现了安全、快速、低成本、环保停炉。
The technical progress in Ling Steel’s No.5 BF Blowout operation is summarized.A detailed blow off scheme is worked out.Before No.5 BF is blown out,the gas flow distribution is adjusted,the furnace wall is cleaned,the alkalinity of slag is properly reduced,the furnace hearth is remained active,and the shutdown material is accurately calculated.During the first 4 hours of the shutdown process,measures such as full air,full oxygen,coal injection,and material lowering line technology are taken to control the top temperature of the furnace in stages,accurately control the gas cutting time,and use the temperature changes of the cooling wall determines the position of the material surface after cutting the gas.The material is taken down to the Tuyere area after 18 hours,no detonation occurred during furnace blow-off operation.The total recovery of gas is nearly 3 million m^(3),achieving quick,safe,lowloss and green blowout of the furnace.
