工程项目全过程可视化数字监管技术研究

当前工程建设过程管理中存在如安全隐患难以及时发现并实时预警、难以客观完整追溯质量安全施工情况、无法可视化再现隐蔽工程、工程进度等内业管理与实际施工状况存在脱节、失真等众多盲点、难点问题。通过聚焦工程项目全过程可视化数字监管,构建以远程视频测量技术和多传感器融合为核心的工程项目全过程可视化数字监管系统。通过对项目施工现场的人、机、料、法、环、测等关键要素进行智能感知与信息收集,建立对施工过程、行为、质量、安全监测等项目施工全要素建立数字化、可视化、自动化闭环管理体系,打造“建设工程黑匣子”,让隐蔽工程不再隐蔽。

At present,there are many blind spots and difficult problems in the management of project construction process,such as the difficulty in timely finding and real-time warning of safety risks,difficulty in objectively and completely tracing the quality and safety construction situation,failure to visually reproduce hidden projects,project progress and other disconnection and distortion between internal management and actual construction conditions.By focusing on visual digital supervision of the whole process of engineering projects,a visual digital supervision system based on remote video measurement technology and multi-sensor fusion is constructed.Through intelligent perception and information collection of key elements of the project construction site,such as human,machine,material,method,environment and measurement,digital,visual and automatic closed-loop management system is established for all elements of the construction process,behavior,quality and safety monitoring,so as to create"construction project black box"and make hidden projects no longer hidden.
