摘要
朝鲜族泡菜作为朝鲜族传统饮食文化的代表,是由泡菜制作的传统技艺和传承至今的饮食习俗共同构成的。为了解吉林省梅河口市朝鲜族泡菜的消费现状,设计了调查问卷,针对调查问卷结果分析梅河口市朝鲜族泡菜消费现状。结果表明:梅河口市朝鲜族泡菜市场潜力大,应在梅河口市加强朝鲜族泡菜现有品牌宣传力度,普及朝鲜族泡菜安全知识,增加朝鲜族泡菜的口味和品种,注重朝鲜族泡菜的包装设计。
As a representative of traditional Korean cuisine,Korean Kimchi is widely consumed by the Korean ethnic group.In order to understand the current consumption status of Korean Kimchi in Meihekou City,Jilin Province,a survey questionnaire was designed.This paper analyzes the results of the survey questionnaire and concludes that there is great market potential for Korean Kimchi in Meihekou City.Therefore,efforts should be made to strengthen the promotion of existing Korean Kimchi brands,popularize knowledge about Korean Kimchi safety,increase the variety and taste of Korean Kimchi,and pay attention to the packaging design of Korean Kimchi.
