浙江省林业防灾减灾工作现状与发展对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Forestry Disaster Prevention and Reduction in Zhejiang Province

做好林业防灾减灾工作,最大限度降低灾害损失,对维护林区生产和生活秩序,确保人民群众生命财产安全具有重要意义。阐述了浙江省林业防灾减灾工作的健全制度机制、强固防范基础、提升数字水平和加强科普宣教主要做法,阐明了浙江省林业防灾减灾工作存在的监管制度有待健全、队伍素质仍需提高、物资储备不足、思想认识亟需加强四个主要问题,进而提出依托林长制建设,建立健全林业防灾减灾机制等五点建议。通过以上分析研究,为减少灾害风险,提高抗灾能力,实现人与自然和谐统一提供一些思路。

Presentations were made on forest fire prevention,forest pest control and wildlife hazard prevention and control in Zhejiang province in terms of legal system construction,infrastructure construction,digital reform,publicity and training.Analysis were carried out on challenges of system and the team to be improved,the material reserve to be supplemented,awareness to be strengthened,and the information level to be improved.Countermeasures were put forwarded.
