低共熔溶剂法提取黑米米糠色素工艺优化

Optimization of extraction process of pigment from black rice bran by low eutectic solvent method

摘要 筛选低共熔溶剂并用其提取黑米米糠中的色素。在单因素试验的基础上采用响应面法优化黑米米糠中色素的提取工艺。结果表明:低共熔溶剂中氢键受体为氯化胆碱,供体为无水乙醇,且两者摩尔比为1∶10;最佳提取条件为提取温度60℃、超声时间15 min、料液比1∶9.5(g/mL),在此工艺条件下,黑米米糠色素得率为14.26 mg/g。 Low eutectic solvent was selected to use them to extract pigments from black rice bran.On the basis of single factor experiment,response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process of pigment from black rice bran.The results showed that in the low eutectic solvent,the hydrogen bond acceptor was choline chloride,and the donor was anhydrous ethanol,with molar ratio of 1∶10.The best extraction conditions were extraction temperature 60℃,ultrasonic time 15 min,and material⁃liquid ratio 1∶9.5(g/mL).Under these conditions,the yield of black rice bran pigment was 14.26 mg/g.
