尖叶四照花籽油理化性质及抗氧化活性分析 被引量:1

摘要 以尖叶四照花籽为原料,粉碎后采用索氏法提油,分析其理化性质、脂肪酸组成及抗氧化活性。结果表明:尖叶四照花籽油呈黄色透明状,出油率可达29.95%±0.49%;其理化指标为过氧化值0.33 g/100 g、碘值41.10 g/100 g、酸价58.03 mg/g、皂化值111.50 mg/g;脂肪酸组成为亚油酸69.56%、9-十八碳烯酸(E)15.18%、棕榈酸11.73%、硬脂酸3.53%,不饱和脂肪酸含量为84.74%;体外抗氧化活性测定表明,尖叶四照花籽油对DPPH·和·O_(2)^(-)具有良好的清除能力,是1种潜在的油料资源。 Using the seeds of Dendrobenthamia angustata as raw materials,obtaining the seed oil by Soxhlet extraction method after crushing,analyzing its physicochemical properties,fatty acid composi⁃tion,and antioxidant activity.The results showed that the Dendrobenthamia angustata seed oil was yellow and transparent,and the oil yield could reach 29.95%±0.49%.Its physicochemical indicators were peroxide value 0.33 g/100 g,iodine value 41.10 g/100 g,acid value 58.03 mg/g,and saponification value 111.50 mg/g.The fatty acid composition was linoleic acid 69.56%,9⁃octadecenoic acid(E)15.18%,palmitic acid 11.73%,stearic acid 3.53%,and unsaturated fat acid 84.74%.The in vitro antioxidant activity measurement showed that the Dendrobenthamia angustata seed oil has good scav⁃enging ability for DPPH·and·O_(2)^(-),and was a potential oilresource.
