摘要
目的 对峨眉唐松草Thalictrumomeiense根中的化学成分进行研究。方法 运用硅胶、ODS柱色谱、制备高效液相色谱等分离手段对峨眉唐松草根95%乙醇提取物的化学成分进行分离,采用核磁、质谱等多种波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果 从峨眉唐松草根95%乙醇提取物中分离得到了19个化合物,分别鉴定为5S-对羟基苯基乙氧基-吡咯烷-2-酮(1a)和5R-对羟基苯基乙氧基-吡咯烷-2-酮(1b)、discretine(2)、(-)-argemonine(3)、O-methylthalisopavine(4)、magnolamide(5)、马尿酸(6)、氧化小檗碱(7)、polyberbine(8)、O-methylpallidine(9)、(-)-ocobotrine(10)、8,9-dihydroprooxocryptochine(11)、唐松草亭碱(12)、小檗碱(13)、meliasendaninD(14)、(+)-(7R,7′R,8S,8′S)-新橄榄树脂素(15)、(-)-南烛木树脂酚(16)、5′-甲氧基异落叶松脂素(17)、(7R)-7,8-二氢-7-甲氧基松柏醇(18)。结论 化合物1a和1b为新化合物,命名为(-)-峨眉唐松草碱A和(+)-峨眉唐松草碱A;化合物8、9、11、14为首次从唐松草属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Thalictrum omeiense.Methods The 95%ethanol extracts from the roots of T.omeiense was isolated by silica gel,ODS column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography and other separation techniques.The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR,MS and other spectroscopic techniques.Results Nineteen compounds were isolated from 95%ethanol extract of the roots of T.omeiense and their structures were identified as 5S-and 5R-(p-hydroxyphenylethoxy)-pyrrolidin-2-one(1a,1b),discretine(2),(−)-argemonine(3),O-methylthalisopavine(4),magnolamide(5),hippuric acid(6),oxyberberine(7),polyberbine(8),O-methylpallidine(9),(−)-ocobotrine(10),8,9-dihydroprooxocryptochine(11),thalidastine(12),berberine(13),meliasendanin D(14),(+)-(7R,7′R,8S,8′S)-neoolivil(15),(−)-lyoniresinol(16),(+)-5′-methoxy-isolariciresinol(17)and 7,8-dihydro-(R)-7-methoxyconiferyl alcohol(18).Conclusion Compounds 1a and 1b are new alkaloids named(−)-thalicine A and(+)-thalicine A,and compounds 8,9,11 and 14 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
